Walk and Talk Therapy takes place outdoors: in parks, gardens, or other green spaces. You may find that walking during our sessions helps you feel more at ease, or you might prefer to sit and talk in a quiet, natural space. Either way, being outdoors can offer a calming environment that supports emotional regulation and therapeutic work.

I conduct psychological evaluations for immigration, with a focus on asylum cases. The goal of these assessments is to document the psychological and emotional impact of the experiences that may be central to your immigration case. We explore the circumstances that contributed to your departure from your home country and evaluate how those events have affected your mental health.
