Investing in Therapy: Your Care, Your Terms
I'm in-network with several insurance providers, and you can check your coverage here. If you use insurance, I’m required to share your diagnosis (DSM-5 code), service dates, and type of service for billing. If you prefer full confidentiality, you’re welcome to pay privately.
Choosing to invest in therapy privately can feel like a big decision, and it’s one that often reflects a desire for care that’s personalized, flexible, and aligned with your values. When the therapeutic match is strong, that investment can support lasting change.
