Hello
I’m Anna M. Tepedino, a therapist with over a decade of experience. I was born and raised in Colombia, moving to the U.S. to complete my education and training as a clinical social worker. For more than 12 years, I’ve called Houston home.

My approach to therapy is deeply personalized. I know that each person brings unique experiences, challenges, and strengths, so I don’t believe in a one-size-fits-all approach to mental health. I’m trained in a range of therapeutic modalities and use an integrative approach, working collaboratively with you to find what fits best for your journey.
In my trauma work and somatic techniques, I integrate mindfulness and mind-body connections, helping you develop greater awareness of how emotions are stored in the body and can be released through a grounded, mindful approach. Recently, I became certified in Trauma-Informed Yoga and have begun incorporating these somatic techniques into my practice. Additionally, I am currently training to become a yoga teacher, further deepening my ability to support clients through a holistic, embodied approach to healing.

Outside of therapy, I recharge by spending time with family and friends, exploring art, and finding peace in nature. These moments of connection and reflection inspire my work and deepen my commitment to each person I support. If you’re ready to begin, I’d love to be a part of your mental health journey.

Hamsa & Triskel Symbols
I chose the Hamsa symbol, or Hand of Fatima, as the emblem for my practice because it represents protection and good fortune—qualities I hope to bring to each client's journey. The three spirals within the hand hold special meaning for me; they represent the maiden, mother, and crone from Celtic mythology, symbolizing the stages of growth and transformation we all move through.
